Arthritis & Movement Classes We believe in the privilege of helping a person MOVE toward becoming healthier daily and prioritizing the process over a product. We offer individualized programming in a personal or group setting led by our physical therapists. Classes are 45 minutes long and consist of warmup, strength, cardiopulmonary, and cool-down portions.
